Code of Conduct and Business Ethics

TSM Group intends to further promote and improve good corporate governance and management to drive growth across its companies, based on operations with integrity, ethics, transparency and accountability for all stakeholders. Therefore, a code of conduct and business ethics has been established in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance, which include high moral and ethical behavior. The board of directors, executives and employees at all levels are required to adhere to the code of conduct and business ethics.
