Anti Corruption Policy

TSM Group places emphasis on a strict anti-corruption policy to ensure that business operations are conducted with efficiency, integrity, transparency, auditability and fairness. Operation guidelines are developed to engage employees at all levels in anti-corruption and anti-bribery efforts, both in the public sector and in the private sector. An administrative structure has been established to clearly set demarcation of roles and responsibilities, and to define work processes and lines of authority in each department. Consequently, the balance of power and hecks and balances are thoroughly and properly maintained.
